About the Trainer

Craig Sohail is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer who works in Essex and East London. He also has 10 years of martial arts experience which enable him to make your training sessions varied and exciting. He is registered with the NRPT and REP's.

Where do I train?

Your training sessions will take place either in your home, the  trainers fitness studio, local gym or either the Woodford or Loughton  branch of Elaine Atkins Physiotherapy, you choose the time and place of your training.
