About the Trainers
Craig Sohail is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer who works in Essex and East London. He also has 10 years of martial arts experience which enable him to make your training sessions varied and exciting. He is registered with the NRPT and REP’s.
Where do I train?
Your training sessions will take place either in your home, the trainers fitness studio, local gym or at Elaine Atkins Physiotherapy in Woodford Green, you choose the time and place of your training.

Nick Storan is a level 3 Premier qualified personal trainer who works in the Loughton area and runs NS Personal Training. He is registered with REPS and has broad ranging experience training clients to achieve a variety of fitness goals.
Where to train?
Your personal training sessions can take place at your home, outdoors or at Loughton Leisure Centre where no membership is required as a client of Nick.
