Hydrotherapy
Elaine Atkins Physiotherapy Associates welcomes all Patients and Non-Patients at their weekly Hydrotherapy Class, which take place at the Loughton Swimming Pool on Traps Hill from 13.00-14.00 on Tuesdays*.
Hydrotherapy benefits all sorts of conditions. For example:
- Back pain;
- Arthritis;
- Frozen shoulder;
- Muscle and ligament strains and sprains; stiff joints, etc.
Hydrotherapy classes are held every Tuesday at
13.00-14.00* by a Chartered Physiotherapist who supervises a general
exercise class. You are welcome to attend, but will need a referral
from your Doctor or Physiotherapist. Please bring a completed Hydrotherapy
Form (ask the Elaine Atkins Associates Receptionist for this) or
a brief note regarding your relevant medical history from your Doctor
or Physiotherapist on your first attendance.
You may attend as many times and as often as you like and the Physiotherapist
will be pleased to advise you. The cost is £8 per session
(or £7 if you pay in advance for six or more sessions). If
