Dharshan Manickam's biography
Dharshan Manickam is a senior physiotherapist with the NHS as well as working in private practice. He specialises in manual therapy and muscle balance techniques, combining them within rehabilitation to return patients to their pre-injury level. Dharshan has post-graduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Sport & Exercise, which he completed in New Zealand. During his time there he was team physiotherapist for a county rugby team in Auckland. He is currently a registered member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine. He also uses acupuncture as an adjunct therapy for acute & chronic pain and is a registered member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
